What is Sola Salads?

Sola Salads is a food delivery service that primarily offers salads.

 

Are your salads frozen?

No, our salads are freshly made all the time. Upon receiving your salads, it is important to place them in the refrigerator. All ready to eat.

 

How long do your meals last?

Our salads are best consumed within 2 days of receipt. Make sure to refrigerate them as soon as you receive them. If not refrigerated, our salads shall be consumed within 2-3 hours. 
 

Where you deliver?

Our kitchen is based in lower Antipolo, and we deliver to all locations in the city, as well as nearby cities and municipalities in Rizal and Marikina City. We also deliver in other Metro Manila locations, with higher delivery charges. 

 
What is your delivery schedule?

For Single Orders (those not under our Meal Plans), delivery is from 8am to 5pm.

For our Meal Plan orders, you can choose between the following:

• Daily Deliveries (dispatch from our location is anytime within 9am-11am)
• Thrice a Week (MWF, dispatch from our location is anytime within 9am-11am)

Delivery fees are shouldered by the customer. We deliver via Lalamove and in-house riders.

 

Can you explain your Salad Meal Subscription?

Sola Salads Meal Plan subscription is the best way to have a fuss-free dining (and dieting) experience. You just sign up to one of our Meal Plans: Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly, and enjoy a regular delivery of our best tasting salads.

 

What is the advantage of being a subscriber to you Salad Meal Plans?

As a Meal Plan subscriber, you will be able to get our salads for lower prices (compared to Single Order salads). We also give free stuff from time to time. 

 

Can I choose the salads in my Salad Meal Plan Subscription?

Yes, after payment confirmation, you may send us a list of your preferred salads. 

 

Is there a cutoff when ordering for Salad Meal Plans?

Our cutoff is every Saturday 9pm. All paid orders by Saturday is lined for the succeeding week’s delivery.
